[b41] screen shifts when GUI is customized

I dragged my skill hotbar to the left, moved the message log to its immediate right and moved the chat log to the right hand side of the screen. Now when I target enemies with missile weapons like the shoot skill the screen shifts downward. I'd love to attach a screenshot illustrating this but it's 1.3MB.
