[b41] 4000 gold item - Arcane forces for Antimagic user :/

Hi,

My Antimagic Brawler just hit the mark of 4k gold, so i bought him a shiny new ring. The ring was Arcane powered.
If the Merchant quest reward takes antimagic into account, maybe the 4k gold item store should also.
I posted this in a bug forum, course after the last patch notes ("Merchant artifact reward will not give arcane items to antimagic users") its a bug for me. Feel free to move this topic to the "ideas" forum.
