In B40, when I save the game, sometimes a bar that says "Saving (x%)" appears under my resource bars. When this happens, the game hasn't actually saved, nor will it thereafter.

No, it gives a number (which from case to case, but never seems to increase).
I will check the log the next time this happens, and let you know. NO LUA errors pop up, though.
