Stuck in zigur cant move or recall or rest

I came back to Zigurath after training antimagic to do some shoping. But after the Area was loaded i couldnt move, recall or rest. no idea why. he name of the character is Posion Ivy, lvl 20 rogue. the only addon is fixed townlvl.
i saved there so i guess i will give up this char
Just wanted to share the bug so you can sort it out.
Ah i had a strange message/information 2-3 times in the log, it says:
"Poison Ivy`s mind is surging with critical power". as iam a rogue i actually dont know where it comes from, but i recognized it searching the log for some information about my stucked condition

Do you...see another copy of yourself? If you see it, try wearing items that can perform ranged attack, use it to attack your copy, pres rest and cancel repeatedly (it'll count as 1 turn passed) until it's recharged, repeat till the copy's dead...that might work...

If you can't see your copy, then sorry...It might be another issue or the guy's spawn out of your LOS...or worse, spawn inside your LOS but outside your attack range..

thx, unfortunatly there isno copy to be seen, hm but i have stealth though, will try to locate it again
