[b40] Willful Tormentor and negative max vim

It is possible to have Willful Tormenter up, activate enough vim sustains to put your max vim below the bonus provided by WT, and then deactivate WT. This results in all of your sustains staying up, your max vim going negative, and your current vim ping-ponging between 0 and your (negative) max vim. You can still cast Drain (and presumably Bloodcasting), but only while your vim is 0.

This is probably not intended behavior.
