[b38] Power is Money not behaving as described?

Howdy folks, long time roguelike fan, first time TOME4 player. Last time I played TOME was 2.3.4 and boy have things changed!

I'm playing a Dwarf Bulwark with clvl18 and 519.85 gold with base saves of:

Physical: 34
Spell: 23
Mental: 22

After putting one point into Power is Money (+1 each save for every 85g, up to a max of +7), I have the following saves:

Physical: 37 (+3)
Spell: 27 (+3)
Mental: 25 (+3)

By my calculations, 519.85/85 is 6.12. Am I misunderstanding the talent description, is the talent description poorly written, or is it just not behaving as advertised?

Saves are tiered. To increase from (for example) 22 to 23, you need two points more in the save. This is true for all saves, powers (physical/mental/spell), defence and accuracy.
