Weird death and clone error (?) with yeek summoner

I was playing a yeek summoner. I mind controlled one of the psychic creatures in the underwater later and took control of it. This creature wandered out of LOS, then for some reason, when it died, the yeek died. I tried resurrecting the character from the void in a future game, except I got errors that there was a clone of me on the level. First I tried moving, then when I tried using an ability, the game froze from an unrecoverable freeze. Here is the error dump when I resurrected the character. I have no idea with how to reproduce this bug.

The last error keeps repeating, and happened when I attempted to use an ability. I think I was playing this with the necromancer, town, and escort addon, but they should have no effect on this bug.
