Doubled achievements

I've achieved the same achievement at least twice by now - forget what it's called, but it's the one you get for resurrecting with the Blood of Life...

P.S. perhaps it should be made clearer that you have to USE the Blood of Life in order to gain the extra life, as opposed to it automatically reviving you when you die just because you're carrying it - I managed to avoid that trap, but I imagine others may not have been so lucky!
