[b38]Minor issue with stuff dropped from monster inside wall

Namely that it's occasionally massively displacing from the wall tile the monster died in. I've at least twice had the item drop 7-8 squares -- usually down a square and off to the right -- away from the place the monster died, instead of in the square I killed it from, or the squares beside it.
