This is only a bug I've seen so far in the Ruined Dungeon but I presume the code could overlap elsewhere as well:
When a trap is spawned on the same tile as an object such as the Loresigns in the RD, and the PC detects the trap, the object's sprite will be replaced with that of the trap.
It is worth note that moving onto the sign/trap tile will still trigger the Lore popup.
Also worth noting that the sign I saw this bug occur with was the final sign in the treasure room of the RD.
