[b36] Elixir of the savior gives 2 to all saves instead 4

The elixir of the savior (from Marus of Elvada) gives only 2 points to all saving throws instead of declared 4 points to all saving throws.

The reason for that is probably the new tier system, and working as intended. Above a value of twenty, you need to add two points to increase your saving throw by one (and above 40, you need three, and above 60 you need four, and above 80, you need five).

There's a pretty informative tutorial that explains the system in detail.
