The return of the "shrugging off" effect has made it really hard to land effects needed to proceed. Specifically, the elf that has 9 more mental save than your mental power and who continually tries to hit you with Mana Gale.

Also, the "Bleed" effect does not display damage correctly; it registers the damage source as the afflicted target, instead of the user.
