[b34] Movement Infusion vs. Eelskin Armour

Automatically casting Lightning by wearing the Eelskin armour cancels Wild Speed. This leads to it being cancelled prematurely without the control of the player.

But Lightning only triggers on spell damage right? To me this bug should be "On cast trigger effects can trigger off ongoing or passive spell damage and not just off initially cast spells".

In this instance, it was triggering off of Corona projectiles that hit enemies while I ran away. Lightning also triggered off of Hymn of Moonlight beams in the middle of its duration (I don't think Hymn of Moonlight disables it).

Hmm.. yeah, I'd argue only active talents should trigger these effects and only on initial cast and only if they deal damage... but I see how what you're experiencing could be annoying.
