Worldmap Movement Speed

Not too sure what's bugging with my Rogue, but his worldmap movement speed is severely reduced as a single tile moves nearly 6 hours in game time, making town to town treks excruciatingly annoying. Last time I had a decent map speed, i had just purchased a grounding leather belt of unlife, I did not know this at the time, I assumed it was because I was at 40/50 or so encumbrance, but my max enc was around 28/6 when i finished messing with my inventory going crazy. I took the stupid belt off, as you can see but my overland move speed is still drastically reduced. My other Character, a summoner is just fine.

Well after trying things to no avail...

not too sure if that last one isn't just game-wide and not because of my rogue... but thats all I have... seems to be related to this, but my graphics are fine... http://forums.te4.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=27552
