B34: Slime roots
It sets all talents to a specific cooldown rather than increase the cooldown by 6, this means that any talents with long cooldowns can be adjusted to a short cooldown if you use this.

Also, it set skills to non-integer cooldowns when I used it on my Wyrmic.
It might be best if this skill was changed to a self-stun to be more consistent with other mechanics.
