b33 crash to desktop on exiting fortress to worldmap

I had just killed Celia, when I noticed there was no stairs out of the mausoleum anymore.
I recalled out, to the Fortress.
Then, when I exited the Fortress to the worldmap, the game crashed straight to desktop.
I've already sent a save and gamelog.

EDIT: when looking at the savegame, from the load game menu, there is a picture of the mausoleum, yet the savegame description reads "exploring level 1 of the Shertul Fortress"
I'll put it on ice and start a new char for now, in case I am needed to run that savegame in gbd or what's-it-called.
