[b33] Health bars may be black or transparent

This began occurring with b32.

Sometimes my health bars are green, as expected.
Sometimes they are black.
Sometimes they are transparent.

This can begin occurring when I start the client and first load a game, or it can begin when I enter a dungeon from the main map. (It may occur when I change dungeon levels, but I don't remember that happening specifically.)

The first image is b33, the second, b32. But both problems began occurring with b32.

Not from the text in the first image that cycling through tactical options does not fix the problem.

I'm having a similar problem with health bars. When I turn health bars on, I get a few randomly distributed green pixels underneath the character. You can see it under the townspeople in this screenshot:
