[B33] Problem with loading

[B33] Problem with loading
I am new to this game. My friend who is a veteran player introduced me to this game. So i downloaded [B33] no music from the site. I extracted the files from the download and tried to play. But it would not go past the load screen and the load screen would not load past 0%. When i minimized the screen then enlarged it the load screen goes transparent and the mouse changes to what it should be in-game but no game. I have installed and uninstalled [B33] no music 10+ times no joke and the same thing happens each time. Can anyone help me.

It is working know though it keeps going offline so my character has yet to appear on my account unless i have to do something special for that. 
Your suggestion worked but before i could get [B33] to work i first had to download and play the tutorial of [B31]. Also the main screen is entirely white except for random numbers and word that pop up.
