[svn4118] non-transparent blocky cursor

The Cursor is now contained in a non-transparent a white square. Not sure whether it is a bug of t-engine, or SDL-1.3, or fglrx.

seen in t-engine4-linux32-1.0.0beta37, workaround with disable cursor
