[b31] Black tiles in Temple of Creation (2)

The second level of my Temple of Creation looks like this. The first level wasn't like this and it doesn't appear to have any effect on gameplay yet.

I had this happen on the file I sent you earlier (I don't believe I had visited it yet when I uploaded though). There is a gameplay effect - On the black tiles waterbreathing isn't needed.
