Vox increases actual, not max mana/vim
The artifact Vox has mana and vim = 50, which I assume is wrong. Should be max_ (unless for some reason we want people to immediately gain mana and vim upon equipping it, but not have their max increased)

Now it indeed has max_vim = 50, but this won't show in its stats in the inventory.
