Stuck in Fearscape b/c caster was confused when killed

A hostile adventurer sent me to the Fearscape, where I promptly killed him. However, I wasn't returned from the Fearscape, because the caster was confused and failed to deactivate Fearscape when killed. From the output log:

Deactivating the Fearscape when killed should obviously be forced. I'm cheating with this character (for experimental purposes!), fortunately, and I was able to simply teleport cheat back to the world map.
