[b28] Stuck in farportal

During a farportal exploration an exit apparently failed to generate after killing the boss, after checking the bugs section I've found that supposedly the exit tile shows as normal floor in ASCII. I figured this would solve my problem, but additionally the farportal floors other than the one I'm currently on re-generate themselves from scratch after saving & exiting or changing tilesets, including new floorplans and new monsters but no new boss. I now appear to be truly stuck as no exit shows up on any tileset and there is no boss to generate one. Has anyone else encountered this in b28, and/or found a way to salvage their character from this situation?
