Shop price caps aren't displayed

The only shop which shows its price cap at the top of the dialogue these days is the lost merchant's joint. The others all still have price caps, but they're only noticeable when you try to sell an item that's over the price.

Personally I'd suggest that the caps be removed now that all the sell prices have been scaled so low.

Actually, any store with a custom name doesn't show its price cap. The jewelry store in Angolwen still lists its cap of 20.00. Prolly one or two more still out there after those two.
