[b27] Harmony Bug

I was playing an Alchemist and one of the talents that cost about 20-30 equilibrium wasn't working, as it never showed up in Green, it was always greyed out. I'm not sure if this is the same bug reported elsewhere wrt Elemental Harmony and Equilibirum

Waters of life is only castable if you have a poison or a disease. One with nature can only be cast if one of your infusions is on cooldown. Otherwise, they are greyed out. It a feature, not a bug. Maybe it is the problem?
