You can transmogrify the Transmorgrification Chest using the transmorgrify option in the menu.

yo dawg, i heard you like transmogrifying so i put a transmogrify into your transmogrification chest so you can transmogrify while you transmogrify.

You can actually Transmogriphy anything using the option because it doesn't check if it should or not.
