Permanent Resistance Decrease (farportal boss)

Maybe this has been noted already, and I only noticed after I had left the level so I can't tell exactly what skills the boss had - but something he casted decreased all my resistances by about 30%, and they have not been restored regardless of what I do (though I haven't tried leveling up yet). I don't have any negative status ailments that I can find.
