I thought I'd report this although I don't know if this was noticed before. So here it goes:
I finished the 'Kill The Master' questline (I don't remember the specific name for the quest) and got the magical staff of powerful magicalness that he drops (a.k.a. Important Plot Device). By the time I got out from the tower, I ran into this nasty orc patrol with the nastier captain, who politely asked me to hand the aforementioned cool staff over. I'm not really into orcs demanding me shineh pimp canes, so I decided to teach the ugly orc some manners.
My pretty little lvl 27 @ fought bravely, managing to wipe the floor with half of the orc squad with her hydras and fire drakes, but eventually the nasty, ridiculously overpowered and villainous orc captain caught up to my butt and handed it to me.
After the colorful introduction, on to the issue: I had three active summons at the time the evil orc captain decided to make mincemeat out of me, so after I got knocked out, time passed, I was still alive at 1 HP and the magical pimpy staff was gone as for my active summons, but although they were nowhere to be found, they were still active in the Party Members section, and effectively taking up 1 free summon space each. By the time I had 3 active summons, leaving me with only room for two more of them. Which is very frownful.
I don't know what else to add in aside from bad jokes, so here it is.
