Pressing the esc key during the "Are you sure you want to target yourself?" confirm box seems to automatically select "Yes". I hit myself with a freeze spell because of this.
Pretty sure pressing esc should select no.

Yup, reported this one beta ago.
I'd also would like to add that when facing a dialog with only one option (visiting Elisa the Scryer in Derth with no unID'd items, for example) should probably close the dialog window.
