Earthquake works in Maze

As the title says. The walls are undiggable, but you can use Earthquake to alter them just fine.
Intended, or bug?

If I recall correctly the maze walls are just really difficult to dig (effectively impossible I think) but aren't actually like vault walls which are impenetrable... so I would think not a bug.
