Ammo transmogrification b21

When you use the chest on ammo it caps the total value instead of the value for each individual shot/arrow like stores do.

Probably a good thing. 5g off each arrow would be bad.

It just results in me carrying the ammo around though. It doesn't actually stop me from getting full value... just inconveniences me.
