No Randarts in 20b?

Since I downloaded 20b haven't seen a single random artifact in either dungeons or stores.

Anyone else notice this or am I just having an extraordinary bad run?

Found some too... just go to the nearest altar and sacrifice stuff to the RNG :wink:
