[b19] Category point bug

I had one category point, from hitting level 30. I decided to pick up my fifth inscription slot, so I used a healing infusion to bring up the dialog to spend that point. It gave me the message about having too many of that kind of infusion (didn't realize I could only have two, it's my first character :p). I was in too much of a hurry though, and cleared the message without reading most of it. So I just used the healing infusion again, knowing it would deny me again, this time taking a moment to actually read the prompt. Afterwards, looking at the levelup window and my character sheet, I notice a problem.

Apparently it lowered my category point value both times I tried to add that healing infusion, and gave me a new empty slot each time, as my point total is now "-1", and I have 6 inscription slots.
