[b19] Buff/Debuff display space too small

My mindslayer easily gets enough buffs to push the list into the chatlog area.

Maybe the used font should become smaller when you have a certain number of displayed effects.

Have the same problem with Arcane blade, running IS, Fiery+Frost Hands, Hymn, Speed, Regen and some debuffs

This is even worse when playing in the Arena, where there is additional information in that panel. Maybe too much text should change the font size?
