Hotkey for equipped pickaxe doesn't work if inv duplicate

I have an iron pickaxe equipped and assigned a hotkey. When I try to use the hotkey while I have another pickaxe in inventory, I get the message "must equip item to use". It's as if the hotkey targets the pickaxe in inventory instead of the equipped one. Discarding the one from inventory fixes the problem, or I could just use the equipped pickaxe with the mouse instead of hotkey. This happened in b18 and b19.

With the shop changes in b19, there's no reason to hold onto a duplicate, but figured I would report it anyway.
