Hack to (moderetely) overcome stat restriction on objects

Let's say, you want to wear a sword that requires STR at 20, but you have only 19. With a +1 STR ring you can:
- wear the ring
- equip the sword
- take off the ring

Works for talents, too. Wear Con rings, get the Health talent, remove the rings.

I'm pretty sure this is intentional (or at least not interesting enough to "fix") behavior, since it's been mentioned before.
