Burning hex and talent reactivation

My arcane blade just took 400+ damage from this bug, so I am slightly concerned. :D

Basically LevelupStatsDialog calls Actor:forceUseTalent which deactivates and then reactivates sustains without costing energy... but still using postUseTalent so Burning Hex kicks in. Haven't given any thought how to fix it, but reporting it for now.

Yeeeouch! This could badly hit archmages too. Good thing you get healed on level up... Maybe sustains shouldn't trigger hexes?

Sustains should, but the damage was most likely dealt after he was fully healed. Honestly, I'd say it's fine. But, I do also say that forced talent usage [like on level up], should maybe not trigger the worst hex [burning hex].
