[beta 18] previous unlocks forgotten??

[beta 18] previous unlocks forgotten??
I just tried out beta 18 and discovered that all my previously unlocked races and classes are no longer showing up. They were still there in beta 16, and I have not downloaded beta 17. Is this a bug, or is this intentional? Thx!

Mine are gone here at work, although my tome.allow_build.cfg appears to be fine. At home they were fine.

Correction from the last post:
My profiles/modules/tome/allow_build.profile is up to date with all my unlocks
My settings/tome.allow_build.cfg is not up to date
So my guess is that now it's jumping back down to the one in the settings directory for some reason. Should I just copy my allow_build file down to the settings directory and rename it?
