Cannot dig while unmovable monster in sight

Using a pick while an unmovable monster is in sight will drain the power but fail to dig due to disturbance after one turn.
Maybe immobile monsters should not disturb the player...

And if it is on damage taken, it might risky in tight situations, imagine digging after teleporting away from a bossfight, considering bosses chase you down no matter the distance.

You can simply go kill it since it's *only* an immobile. ;)
