Channel Staff damage type

fire staffs do arcane damage when using Channel Staff. Works fine with melee damage.

There is no DamageType.FIRE in "staff-combat.lua" so it uses the last else statement which is arcane damage.

Ya, I think channel staff is going to just be assigned Arcane damage - which is perfectly fine to for me, BUT it kind of makes having different damage types on staffs kinda stupid. In other words, this needs to be fixed.
