Diseases not spreading correctly
It looks like epidemic and cyst burst will only spread one disease at a time though the tooltip seems to imply that all diseases should be spread.

Looking at the code it selects a random disease to spread to each nearby creature, so my guess is the tooltip needs clarifying. The tooltip does not explicitly state that the diseases will all spread to all creatures, but that was my initial reading too. Maybe "This will also spread some of the diseases to any nearby foes..."?
