[SPOIlER] Loved the Geomancer unlock... but twice?

Making my way back from the bottom of Daikara, and on lvl 3 I found the Geomancer unlock. Great fun, really enjoyed it (think Edge suggested it, but congratulations to whoever did!). Then on lvl 2... wait I just saw those!

I checked game.uniques after I saw the second set, and it is set to true. *shrug*

EDIT: Ok, I was trying to leave this spoiler free but I don't think that will happen now. The second time around I defeated all fragments (I didn't count to make sure, though) the boss didn't appear.

What was in game.uniques ? I dont understand

game.uniques had "mod.class.NPC/The Fragmented Essence of Harkor'Zun = true". I only checked this after I saw the fragments appear for the second time, though, so I don't know if it was set properly the first time and the generator still created them or if maybe it wasn't set the first time around.

I met those fragments 4 times.
Once in the tempest peak and 3 times in Daikara...
