[Beta 14] Missing Assassin Lord

Entered Unkown tunnels, got down to 2nd lvl and Assassin Lord is missing. Nothing in stdout thou.

EDIT:
He appeard out out nowhere after hitting one of his thugs. Also none of them gave me dialog "talk to the boss" (but im not sure if it wasnt changed)
You are likely to be eaten by a grue

On this same note.

Finished this quest and the Rare Goods shop didn't open.
