Replace pot shortcuts with Infusion: Healing (SVN 1898)

The topic says it all: make the hotkey '9' use the Healing Infusion instead of generating a shortcut for the no longer present lesser Healing pots.

Um, in addition to that, the amount of Infusion and Runes given to the player with a startic character should be significantly reduced. 30 different 'scrolls' is a bit much.
