Talent Descriptions vs Talent Functions

The description says that Shield Expertise increases shield damage, but in the code I don't see that anywhere. Am I missing it, or is it not there?

Riposte only goes up in % every other talent level it seems. Is this intended, is it actually improving in chance but not displaying properly or is it not intended and not increasing and something is missing?

And also, almost every fighter talent searches for Dex as the stat that modifies the talents yet the tree is Str based. Maybe adding that to the descriptions (As in, 'x' increases with Dex)? There seems to be a whole slew of talents that are not listed as increasing with a certain stat.
