Update

I exited and re-entered the Trollshaws and it is persistent.

It is also persistent across a save (save, exit back to main menu and reload)

And a complete exit back to command prompt and restart!

This also happened to me, but I did not post since I could not reproduce it. This occurred on the first level of the Old Forest as I power leveled my archmage. I was fleeing from a bear and rounded a corner, breaking LOS. I then teleported to Angolwen, sold some stuff and healed up before heading back into the Old Forest. I made my way towards the area I had found the bear and voila! I cannot remember if I saw myself on Sense first, and as I said I tried to recreate it but failed. In hindsight I should have opened the Lua console and checked if the Actors in those tiles were the same Lua table... next time. :)

Yeah it is the same actor.

There was no errors in the log ?

PS: funny thing you can probably kill yourself by killing your mini-me with friendlyfire attacks ;)

I believe I checked at the time and found nothing, and then even scrolled through looking for anything odd but not a Lua error. I dug what hopefully is the right log and you can see the teleport on line 14966.
