beta6 - crashes when descending to Amon Sul level 5
I'm having a similar crash to the one I had with beta5, this time I made it through the Trollshaws, but now descending from level 4 of Amon Sul to level 5, it crashes every time. I ran gdb, which produced no info stack.

That is, indeed, the full stdout.txt...I was surprised too!
I hate to sound like a dunce, but I presume you can edit shader.lua in wordpad...but how do I tell which line is line 37? thx!

Wordpad should work, as for the line just locate the one I gave, it's near the top

You might try Notepad++ it has line numbers and it has syntax highlighting for lua.

Thanks for the tip on Notepad++ - love it!!!
I added the -- to the line in shader.lua, and now when I load a saved file, it hangs up on loading (i've waited for it to play through the whole song twice while trying to load). Trying to create a new character results in the error where the date scrolls rapidly up.

I added the -- to the line in shader.lua, and now when I load a saved file, it hangs up on loading (i've waited for it to play through the whole song twice while trying to load). Trying to create a new character results in the error where the date scrolls rapidly up.
