Beta 5 savefile

I was just playing beta 5 last night and saved and exited. Now I try to load it and it just freezes as it says loading game/world... But, it also shows the savefiles from beta 3 which I was playing until I was able to d/l beta 5 last night... Any suggestions?

It does the same thing when I try to load the beta 3 savefiles when running beta 5... My question also is - how does it even see the other savefiles if I have beta 3 and beta 5 in different directories? I am using Win7 btw. "It just sits at "Please wait while loading the game..." I really want to love this game, but it seems to be giving me fits. Sounds like almost everyone else gets it to work fine, I'm jealous!

Also, just tried deleting beta 3, and all the savefiles from beta 3 still show up in my list and nothing will load in beta 5, including my beta 5 savefile from last night.

The savefiles are in your home directory in T-Engine/4.0/tome/save/

Oh.... I was looking for those, didn't see them in the T-Engine subdirs... Figured you hid them somewhere to prevent save-scumming.

Any idea about the save files? After I posted this, I saw a few others had the same problem? I run Win7 64-bit if that matters. Every time I get a promising character, it freezes, closes unexpectedly or the savefiles won't work. But, lots say they have played it a long time, or have even won, so I am thinking maybe it's my machine or something I am doing...

na beta5 is a "tad" buggy :/
I'll do a fix very soon

I'll just wait patiently, but that is not one of my virtues...

If it weren't so darn addicting, it would be a bit easier.

Dhegler, either play in beta4 or do what I was doing last night and test a few more risky builds that aren't likely to survive anyway!
