Unclear talent/item descriptions

Nature's Equilibrium doesn't mention how much equilibrium the heal restores (10% of the heal amount)

Sticky smoke could do with some indication of what improves it success chance. It keeps failing on me & I have no idea whether boosting the talent will improve my chances.

The artifact mindstar Psionic Fury has an usable ability that states "It can be used to release a wave of psionic power, costing 40 power out of 40/40."
But it isn't clear what effect it will have, or what strength the power will be, the radius, what it scales with, etc.
