Rod of Recall not recharging?

Quite strange... Used it once at it has stayed at 0/1000 ever since. Anyone every seen this? Is there a way to fix it?

I have problem with Summertide Phail...I'm not sure, but I think there's a bug in artifact charge regeneration...

Interesting... My Summertime Phial is regenerating fine.

Me to .
I play Shadow blade and it isnt recharging ( beta 16 ). It makes Shadow blade so much less fun to play.

Well, the deal is that for most characters it works fine, but for some characters it just doesn't...

Yeah. Strange Bug. Only effecting some characters and with different Artifacts. Really quite bizarre. Anything I can do to help debug, just let me know.

Does this happen after a save reload ? did you activate it and then save/reload ?

Possible, but I do not remember. It worked fine to get me out of the Trollmire initially. I did not notice the lack of recharging until I was down in the next dungeon and trying to use it to leave. I may well have used the RoR and then Saved before it pulled me back to the surface.

The Summertime Phial is also giving someone the same behavior though and it is an instant effect.

Same thing happening to me. Dwarf Cursed. Used it once to get out of Trollmire (definitely did not save), and it never gained a single point of energy back.

Happening again in version 17.

Very frustrating, as it essentially deadlocks the game if you're not a mage class.

Coming back up from killing the Sandworm Queen was a bit annoying without a functional RoR.

No joy on there being a fix for this eh? Any one figure something out?

Other than abandoning the current game and move to Beta 17?

Heck I wouldn't even mind getting all "cheaty" if there was a way to recharge it that way. I am in Discovery mode anyway.

Make sure you don't take the Tempest quest without a usable Rod...

You can't exit the final area for that quest without a way of teleporting back to the overworld.
